Jing Zhang

Overview

My name is Jing Zhang, and I have been part of the Rangeview Pre-School team since 2018. My journey into early childhood education began in 2014, when I commenced my studies toward a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. In 2023, I proudly completed my Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education). I really enjoy coming to kinder to learn with the children, just as I enjoyed my previous career working and collaborating with people. I believe children develop a strong sense of self as they explore, imagine, inquire, connect with others, and build confidence through supportive play experiences and environments.

My family moved from China to Australia in 2009. As a mum of two, I have seen how valuable a caring and supportive community is for families and children. Living in such a multicultural country has strengthened this belief. I feel very fortunate to work within a wonderful team of dedicated educators. Each member strives to create a safe, welcoming space where children and families feel valued and supported.
