Drama Toolbox will introduce the children to five dinosaurs; the Brachiosaurus, the Pterodactyl, Stegosaurus, Triceratops and Tyrannosaurus Rex. The children will learn about the way dinosaurs moved and what they liked to eat.

As our adventure begins, the children will be encouraged to choose a costume and settle into the nest of their dinosaur family. Each Dinosaur Family explores their homeland to find food and water, have a play in the deliciously squelchy mud and have a wash under the water fall.

When the environment changes and the food and water is gone, the Dinosaurs decide to migrate, journeying together until they find a new valley with the resources they need to live happily.

This beautiful drama provides the children with the opportunities to broaden their understanding of dinosaurs and their life cycle through living in a herd and searching for new habitats. They begin to develop an understanding of the dinosaur’s dependence on their environment to provide food, water and shelter.

The children will be eager to try on costumes and participate in the actions and the story, moving to the music, performing to the actions and have a fabulous time stomping like Dinosaurs.
